Formed in 2008 to present Freedom 85! at the Toronto Fringe, Hi-D Theatre SOLD OUT the run and headed for New York!

In February 2009, Freedom 85! made its U.S.premiere at the
Frigid New York Festival, capturing the hearts of New Yorkers,
and winning the Audience Choice award and the See It Twice award.
